Attorney Abel Nair is a highly experienced attorney with a robust twenty-year history in civil litigation with a particular focus on employment-related matters. His practice encompasses all aspects of labor law from defending single plaintiff cases of sexual harassment to supporting multiple plaintiffs in cases of wrongful dismissal or retaliatory measures. Furthermore, Abel specializes in representing public and private sector employees that have been the victim of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination or retaliatory measures.
