During his tenure with McNicholas and McNicholas, Mr. Nair had recovered over 20 million in settlements and verdicts on behalf of plaintiffs. Mr. Nair successfully defeated 23 out of 24 summary judgment motions to dismiss cases, giving Plaintiffs the opportunity to seek justice and hold entities accountable for violating the Fair Employment Housing Act and the Labor Code.
